AI influencer: @elynakaz, 89,000 followers for a show that never took place

An Instagram stand-up account created in June 2026 has already gathered 89,000 followers. Under her videos, men write “I’m in love” about scenes we believe never happened.

She holds a microphone on a small dark stage, wearing a burgundy corset. The caption reads “I can take you home with me.” Below it, a man writes: “I’m in love 😍😍😍”. Under another video, a second man writes: “I’m single 😢😍”. These videos come from @elynakaz, an account created in June that already has 89,000 followers, and we believe these scenes never took place.

Men replying as if she were real

The captions on this account are questions directed at the viewer. “Do you think he’s hitting on me?” “He’s been staring at me from the start.” “Do you think you could have done better?” Under the last one, which has gathered 2,500 likes and 66 comments, the replies come in as if to a real woman waiting for them.

“You’re so beautiful 🥰🥰.” “You’re stunning.” “I’m looking at the heels.” “Yes, in your eyes… calmly.” One man writes an entire paragraph, using formal “vous”, about “a lady as pretty as you” and ends with “sending you lots of big kisses 😉😘”. Under another Reel, a comment simply says “heyyyyy”.

One comment stands out under a video posted five days ago that has 4,300 likes and 49 comments. It says: “It’s A.I. bros calm down lol”. Twenty-nine people liked it — more than any other visible comment, whose highest score is twelve.

No one repeats a joke.

They talk about her, her eyes, her heels, what the person writing feels, and never about what she said on stage.

We previously covered the case of a 49-year-old Brazilian who sold his belongings and travelled 2,100 kilometres by bus to meet a farmer followed by 300,000 people, only to be told afterwards that she was made of artificial intelligence. He had asked a social worker if there was anything worse than loneliness. Studies on AI companions describe the same slope, the chatbot that listens better than anyone, except that here, no one answers.

An account born in June

Instagram dates the account’s creation to June 2026 and locates it in France. Four months later, it shows 64 posts and three pinned Reels at the top of the grid, viewed 3 million, 1 million and 689,000 times respectively. Its bio is two lines long: “The girl with the mic 🎤”, then “Cut in the edit ➔ my story ⬆️”.

A comedian usually says where you can see them. Under the hashtag #standupfrance, videos display a list of tour dates and link to a bio. On at least forty Reels, this account gives no venue name, no date, no joke. The press hasn’t noticed it either: Google and Google News return no articles, no interviews, no radio appearances.

An audience that laughs in sync

We examined two Reels more closely, comparing frames taken several seconds apart. In the second, the woman is wearing flared white trousers. At the second mark, the audience in the background is laughing — about twenty people at small tables. At the eighth second, they are still laughing, with the exact same faces in the same places and the same smiles.

In a real venue, someone would lean over, take a sip, glance at their neighbour. Here, only the woman moves, along with a grey-haired man in the foreground who folds his arms.

The first Reel shows another grey-haired man, this time holding a glass.

The backdrops change from one Reel to the next: a neon sign, a French flag, a brick wall. The woman keeps the same face and changes outfits. None of the Reels show a poster, a venue name or a screen.

A compressed video can freeze a distant audience, and each of these details has its own explanation. Together, they have far fewer.

A gateway to private messages

On TikTok, an @elynakaz with the same name has 1,684 followers, 29 likes in total and one single video, viewed 631 times. It shows manicured hands with the caption “When you don’t have a boyfriend and you’ve run out of batteries”. The bio says “18 | Nice ☀️🐬”, then “DM me, I’m bored 👇”, with a link to the Instagram account.

The link in her story leads to a GetMySocial page titled “Elyna ☆”. A mirror selfie as the profile picture, the phrase “what I don’t show everywhere :3”, a card titled “my little secrets lmao 👀 (and yes, it’s free😭)” and a “My Telegram” button. Another card reading “Are you 18+? Click to enter” asks you to click a second time to continue.

The clicks lead to two places. The first is an OnlyFans page, “Elyna”, verified by the platform, with 11 posts, 21 locked media unless you subscribe, a free subscription and this bio: “20 shy at first, chatty later, write meeee, I’m waiting for your message ♡”. The second is a Telegram, @elynakazz, showing “20 🌴🧜‍♀️” and offering to send a pre-filled message: “hey elyna”.

Three profiles, two ages: 18 on TikTok, 20 on OnlyFans and Telegram. Not a word about stand-up. The entire journey ends with someone waiting: “I’m waiting for your message”. We subscribed to nothing and wrote to no one.

What remains open

We have no admission from the account, no third-party source, no platform label. Our conviction comes from a frozen audience, placeless backdrops, captions that repeat the same hook, comments that never quote a joke, and a TikTok page that tells a different story. A real person may be behind these profiles — the verification tick suggests as much — but that does not prove the stage scenes were filmed. If Elyna exists, she can reply to us, and her response will be published here.

The men writing “I’m in love” don’t know it, or don’t care. Her bio does warn them, though: “Cut in the edit”.
